Lex is a futurist and entrepreneur working on the next generation of financial services. He is the Global Fintech Co-Head at ConsenSys, a blockchain technology company building the infrastructure, applications, and practices that enable a decentralized world. Lex focuses on emerging digital assets, public and private enterprise blockchain solutions, and decentralized finance and autonomous organizations.

Previously, Lex was the Global Director of Fintech Strategy at Autonomous Research (acquired by AllianceBernstein), an equity research firm serving institutional investors, where he covered artificial intelligence, blockchain, neobanks, digital lenders, roboadvisors, payments, insurtech, and mixed reality. Before Autonomous, Lex was COO at AdvisorEngine, a digital wealth management technology platform, and CEO of NestEgg Wealth, a roboadvisor that partnered with financial advisors. Prior to NestEgg, Lex held roles in investment management and banking at Barclays, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank.

Lex is a contributor of thought leadership to the Wall Street Journal, the Economist, Bloomberg, FT, Reuters, American Banker, ThinkAdvisor, and Investment News, among others. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences such as Money2020, LendIt, Schwab Impact, In|Vest, T3 Enterprise Edition, and Consensus. He earned a JD/MBA from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics and Law from Amherst College.

Laurence works in product strategy at ConsenSys, focusing on a range of topics including tokenomics, NFTs, DAOs, and crypto indices, to name a few. Previously Laurence worked as a digital transformation management consultant within large financial institutions, in addition to having worked in fintech research. He holds a BSc from University College London (UCL), where he focussed on disruptive technologies, such as Blockchain and AI, and how they are shaping the future economy.

A technologist, entrepreneur and crypto/blockchain evangelist. He is the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Board Member at QPQ Limited, a distributed ledger technology company building the next generation transaction network.

Will Beeson is Principal at Rebank, a fintech advisory firm. Previously, Will co-founded Allica, a digital bank for businesses in the UK. After starting his career at Citigroup in New York, Will spent nearly a decade in Europe working with and managing financial services companies prior to launching Allica. Will holds a BA from Amherst College (USA) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.

Mike is a Senior Associate at professional services firm KPMG, focusing on financial analysis and business strategy. He holds a BSc in Economics from University College London (UCL) where he studied financial modelling and management accounting. His passion for Fintech has led him to become a contributing editor for Web3 and Blueprint newsletters.

Farhad is a third-year Management Science and Engineering Mathematics student at UCL. His main interests in Fintech include DeFi, Web3, NFTs, and the Metaverse. On top of contributing to the Fintech Blueprint, Farhad is a Web3 & Crypto advisor at CharlieDAO, and is also working on his own NFT project.
